What will you do?

  • Responding to questions, orders, and potential complaints from existing customers (via phone and email).
  • Proactively reaching out to existing customers and monitoring their developments.
  • Managing and responding to order emails alongside your team.
  • Supporting the field sales team (representatives) with their tasks.
  • Working with our CRM system (Superoffice) and recording all your activities.
  • After implementing our ERP system, entering orders into the new system.
  • Processing quotations and other sales-related administration.

 

Who are you?

  • Customer- and solution-oriented: You always keep the customer’s interests in mind and seek the best solutions.
  • Strong communicator: You have excellent verbal and written skills in Dutch and English. Knowledge of German, French, or Turkish is a plus.
  • Commercially driven: You identify opportunities and turn them into tangible results.
  • Assertive and organized: You can switch gears quickly and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.

 

What do you bring?

  • MBO working and thinking level, with a commercial education or experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) or part-time (32 hours per week negotiable).
  • Residing within a 30 km radius of Etten-Leur.
